One of the best ways to ensure that your employees stay satisfied with their jobs is to offer employee recognition and appreciation programs. The purpose of these awards is to recognise outstanding employees within our organisation, and motivate workers to excel.
Each month an employee(s) is selected and they are awarded with a gift voucher and a certificate in recognition of excelling daily work, for going above and beyond performance, hard work and dedication and/or for compliments and feedback received.
